Thank you for shopping with WinterBlossom. We appreciate your business and want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the details of our return and refund policy below.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To begin a return, please reach out through our Contact Us page or email us directly at winterblossom.shop@outlook.com. Include your order number, full name, and the reason for your return. In some cases, we may ask for photos or additional details regarding the product quality or issue to help us process your request efficiently. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that we’ve received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that refund times can vary depending on your payment provider.
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at winterblossom.shop@outlook.com and include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll investigate and make it right as soon as possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products — including opened skincare, beauty, and supplement items — cannot be returned or refunded once used. If an item has been opened, we can only offer a replacement in cases of verified damage or defect upon arrival.
